Shooting Stars (3-4)

Fun football for those getting started, our Shooting Stars programme caters for age 3-4.

Foundation Phase (U6-8)

The introduction to football for our club's young members, our Foundation Football programme caters to three age groups (or "grades"), for players turning 6, 7 or 8.

​

Players in these age groups are also welcome to register for our Swifts Summer U6-8 sessions in terms 1 & 4, and our Emerging Swifts winter programme.

Junior Phase (U9-12)

Players play matches against junior teams from other clubs on Saturday mornings (or Friday evenings depending on turf availability) subject to the Capital Football draw. At this age, there is the opportunity to register for our Swifts Pre-Academy Programme which provides twice-weekly training sessions and entry into the more competitive Capital Football leagues.

Players in these age groups are also welcome to register for our Swifts Summer junior sessions in terms 1 & 4.

Youth Phase (U13-17)

Players transition to full-sized fields and can choose to take part in our Swifts Youth Academy Programme which offers three training sessions per week and entry into the more competitive Capital Football Regional Leagues. 

 

NOTE: Games for TDP youth age groups are regularly played on Sunday mornings.

Players in these age groups are also welcome to register for our Swifts Summer youth sessions in terms 1 & 4.
